Attendance Procedure
Attendance needs to be marked twice per day, using the SEQTA platform.
- Morning Attendance needs to be done by 9.15am.
- Afternoon Attendance needs to be done when children return from lunch.

The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to describe minimum standards of conduct in all behaviour and decision making to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Student Code of Conduct
The students at St Pius X have collaborated to identify how they wish to feel in our school community: Accepted, Safe and Engaged. Together the students have identified behaviours that will foster the school environment they desire.

Dispute and Complaint Resolution Procedure & Guidelines

Reporting to Parents Procedure
It is an obligation of St Pius X Catholic Primary School to operate an efficient and comprehensive reporting programme that keeps parents informed of the academic, social and behavioural progress of their children. The reporting process includes written reports, parent meetings, NAPLAN reporting and providing opportunities for parents to view the learning experiences of all students.

School Fees and Collection Procedure
For the purpose of this policy statement School Fees shall be considered to be tuition fees, levies and other charges (eg excursions, camp fees, amenities, book hire).

Statutory Privacy Policy
As with all decisions concerning children, the best interests of the student are a primary and overriding consideration in the management of information. A student’s right to safety prevails above all other considerations, including theirs and others’ right to privacy.
